Q. Where is Pampered Princess? ​

A. Pampered Princess is conveniently located in Coomera, directly across from the Police Station just off the highway, near Dreamworld. The address is 5/7 De Barnett Street.

Q. What form of payment does Pampered Princess accept?

A. We accept cash, credit card or EFT for deposits. We have an Eftpos machine on the premises and accept cash.

Q. Do all your staff have Blue Cards?

A. Yes all staff are required to have a current Blue Card.

Q. Does Pampered Princess have public liability insurance?

A. Yes we have current public liability insurance

Q. Is there parking facilities?

A. There are a few parking spots on site but plenty of street parking nearby. Please ensure you park in unit 5 bays only. 

 Q. Are the staff first aid trained?

A. All staff are first aid trained in CPR, Anaphylaxis, bleeding, asthma, stroke and choking.

Parties

Q. What age does Pampered Princess offer parties for?

A. Pampered Princess offers pampered parties for girls aged 3 to 17. We have teen packages available for girls over 10

Q. Is the birthday girl included in the number of guests per party package?

A. Yes, final party numbers are inclusive of the birthday girl – so if ten girls are coming to the party, it will be the party girl and nine of her friends.

Q. How many party hosts will there be?

A. Parties will always have at least 2 party hostess’, sometimes 3 or 4 depending on how many girls are attending the party and the party package itself.

Q. What happens if a child included in final RSVP does not arrive, do I still pay for that child? 

A. Yes you will be charged for all guests included in the final number given to us prior to the party even if they do not arrive. It is important to stress to your guests the importance of showing up and being on time

Q. Do I need to bring anything?

A. All you are required to bring is the Birthday Girl and her party guests. You can bring a cake if you wish.

Q. How do I reserve a party date?

A. Please call 07 5573 7935 or book online. Book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Once you have selected your preferred date & time, a deposit of $150 is required to secure the reservation, this is then reduced from the final balance. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Q. Do I need to advise Pampered Princess of final guest numbers before the party date?

A. Absolutely. We will contact you 1 week prior to the party to discuss final details and receive a final RSVP for the party.

Q. What happens if a guest arrives late?

A. Guests who come late may join the party at whatever stage it has gotten to, and if we have any time at the end we will go back and catch them up on things they missed out on.

Q. Can parents of guests stay for the party?

A. Both rooms have a parent area equipped with tea & coffee and biscuits for parents to spectate. Paltters for parents can be added at an additional cost. There is additional seating for parents outside for those wishing to wait but not remain in the pamper room. If parents prefer to drop off and pick up, that is also fine. We do ask for all parents to arrive 10 mins before the end of the party and to come inside to collect for safety reasons.

Q. Can I bring my own food?

A. The children are given the advertised food during the party. Food other than birthday cake or special food for dietary requirements is not allowed. Nuts cannot be brought on site.

Q. What happens if I have to cancel or reschedule my party?

A. If you have to cancel your party for whatever reason, we will work with you to reschedule your party for a date that suits. Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required.

Q. What days are available for Pampered Princess parties?

A. You can have a pamper on any day but note Saturdays and Sunday book out far in advance. Please call to check availability

Q. Do you cater for dietary requirements?

A. If we are advised with notice we will try our best to accommodate but no guarantees can be made. It is recommended to bring your own food in these instances

Q. What if I have less than 6 children?

A. After booking, you will still be required to pay for the minimum of 6 girls. If you have not yet booked, perhaps consider one of our makeover packages. These are suitable for up to 4 girls.

 Q. Can you accomodate for children with allergies?

A. We have an inclusion policy and want all children to enjoy their time with us. We will always do our very best to accomdate all children. All the products we use are vegan and made locally so ingredient lists are easily accessable. As we do not have a food lisense and buy our food in, we can also provide you will ingredient lists of our food. Our staff are all trained to administer epi pens and Ventalin. It is important you call to discuss you allergies first, so we can prepare and you must bring your medical supplies with you.

Q. What products do you use?

A. All our products are vegan and manufactured for us by My Home Collective, a local business. There are no harsh chemicals or animal products. Complete ingredient lists can be provided. Products supplied by My Home Collective include bath bomb, bubble bath, moisturiser, nail polish and nail polish remover. Our makeup, glitter and hydrating mist are produced by Glitter Girl, another local business with completely Vegan products. All the glitter we use is completely biodegradable. Again ingredient lists are easily available. All the products we use are available for purchase in our retail store.

Our chocolate facial is homemade with Coco, honey and yoghurt. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients please contact is in advance to discuss an alternative. 

At present we use store purchased hair colour spray that is not natural. We are in the process of creating our own natural line but it requires a lot of testing before it is ready for commerical use.
